EJ Smith Construction manages the construction process from preconstruction to project close-out. We are also responsible for document control, accounting, scheduling and other pertinent office management responsibilities as well as providing for all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the client’s project. We hire the specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work. As the general contractor, EJ Smith Construction ensures that a project will be completed successfully.
