Limited Access Piers, Permanent Castings, between parking deck and building and inside the former TRAM way. Three new elevator pits and one which required the depth increase by 2'. Elevated Structural Concrete at upper level entrance and elevator machine rooms at room level. Infill of abandon slab opening on concourse level. Major modifications to lower level roadway.

EJ Smith Construction furnished and installed the subslab filter fabric, 6" crushed stone drainage layer, 15 mil vapor barrier and formwork for 400,000 SF of area. Excavated, formed, poured 15 elevator pits and grade beams. Backfilled 20' retaining walls and all grade beams and pits.
